Planet Walk

Download the Passport to the PlanetWalk.

Follow a scale model of our solar system spread across central Portsmouth, featuring artwork by local children. Starting with the Sun in Guildhall Square and stretching across to the Portsmouth Historic Dockyard, the NAM2014 Planet Walk will show the eight planets at the correct relative distances to each other, as if we shrank the solar system down to the size of Portsmouth! Pick up a Passport to the Solar System from Portsmouth Guildhall (Mon 23-Thur 26 June 2014, 9-5pm) or download it (pdf to print B&W double sided) and fill it in by collecting the code at each location.

Date: Saturday 21 June to Sunday 29 June 2014
Time: 9am to 5pm
Location: Starts in Guildhall Square and ends  by HMS Victory in the Portsmouth Historic Dockyard with stops at the University of Portsmouth (King Henry and Dennis Sciama Buildings) and the Spinnaker Tower.
