I am a session chair, how do I see the details of the submitted abstracts?
We will email the session chair all the abstract submissions after the deadline. We are storing them in a database now.
Once all the submissions have been received. It will be the session chair’s responsibility to decide who is included (for talks and/or posters) and also to inform candidates of the outcome.
What does the conference registration fees include?

Please note all Social activities are at a extra cost which can be purchased during registration.

Will I receive an Attendance Certificate?
We plan to provide attendance certificate during the conference on request.
Will there be parking available?
No, unfortunately, the University of Portsmouth is unable to offer parking. There is extremely limited on- street parking with parking meters available outside the conference venue. The nearest car park is Isambard Brunel multi-storey car park which is only 200 metres from the conference venue. The car park is located at Alec Rose Lane, PO1 2BX.
For those visiting for the day Portsmouth has a Park and Ride Scheme for further information please visit http://parkandride.portsmouth.gov.uk/index.shtml The nearest drop off point is City Centre which is a 5 minute walk to Portsmouth Guildhall which is the conference venue.
For blue badges holders we would suggest either Stanhope Road, car park (PO1 1DS) or Guildhall Walk car park (Alec Rose Lane, PO1 2BX) as they are both free for blue badge holders.
The week of NAM2014 is during the Portsmouth University Summer Vacation. During the summer vacation, places at the Portsmouth University Nursery are available to children (6mths-5 yrs old) of outside users as well as of those of Portsmouth University students and staff and are allocated on a ‘first come, first served’ basis. For more details see The University Nursery website.
